Building Our Circular Fashion Future  - One Community at a Time

What We Do

Global Responsibility

We collaborate with communities directly affected by the global textile waste crisis, saving textiles that would otherwise end up in landfills and ensuring that your feedstock is sourced fairly and with respect for both people and the environment.

Operationalised Upcycling

We operationalise and commercialise upcycling. By bringing together relevant stakeholders around shared economic and environmental goals, we reduce the risks associated with adopting new circular production models.

Outreach & Engagement

We generate demand for remanufactured garments through collective marketing strategies and community engagement, accelerating market adoption.

We Are
The Glue.

The Problem

The Problem

1.1 billion people bear the environmental and economic costs of textile waste.

Discarded clothing leads to dumping, burning, and overflowing landfills across the Global South. Circularity has scaled extraction, not justice.

Our Solution

Our Solution

Turn upcycling into large-scale regional remanufacturing.

Our work centres on radical collaboration, linking infrastructure and technology to build a remanufacturing ecosystem.

The Invitation

The Invitation

Partner with us. Fund, collaborate, or join the movement.

Whether you're a brand, a sewing atelier, an investor, or a policymaker, there is a role for you to play. Let's work together!

Community Voice

When we open the bale, it is just not enough. You would find out some of the clothes torn, … some stained by paint, some just looked like they were used to clean in a warehouse and such things were all lumped into one bale and sent to us. All this was causing me to run at a loss. Money I had saved up over some number of years began to get exhausted.

Support the Mission

Help us reach 1,000,000 remanufactured garments.

Every contribution fuels frontline community research, strengthens the Dutch remanufacturing ecosystem, and helps launch a nationwide campaign supporting sewing ateliers, upcyclers, and retailers. Together, we can make upcycling the status quo. Join the radical collaboration transforming a fragmented system into a global, community-led blueprint for circularity.
